Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in governance, risk, and controls in financial services or equivalent.
• Experience managing governance, risk reporting, and executive reporting processes in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of governance documentation and leadership-ready reporting.
• Experience with risk/compliance tools and reporting solutions (eGRC, SharePoint/Teamsites, Tableau).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with workflow/automation tools like Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance key governance routines, agendas, and logs; drive timely follow-through.
• Synthesize complex risk data into executive-level reporting for leadership and risk committees.
• Oversee risk appetite and KRI reporting; ensure completeness and standards alignment.
• Manage the Compliance Program Master Schedule; enable automation and reminders.
• Coordinate regulatory exams, audits, and supervisory engagements with executive materials.
• Drive process improvements with Tableau, Excel, and automation tools to reduce manual work.
