Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Compliance Governance and Reporting Lead to drive governance, risk reporting, and analytics across the Compliance Program. You will synthesize complex information into concise executive insights for senior leadership and oversee critical governance committees and the Master Schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in governance, risk and controls in a financial institution; or 5–7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing governance, risk reporting, or executive reporting in a regulated financial environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with workflow/automation tools (Power Apps).
• Experience using risk/compliance tools (eGRC, SharePoint/Teamsites, Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance key Compliance governance routines and meetings with stakeholders.
• Synthesize complex compliance data into concise executive reporting for leadership.
• Oversee risk appetite and KRI reporting across stakeholders.
• Manage and enhance the Compliance Program Master Schedule with automation.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits with exec-ready materials.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Partner with Compliance Risk, Legal, Internal Audit and the Front Line of Defense.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
