Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in governance, risk reporting, and executive reporting in regulated financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to produce leadership-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance Compliance governance routines and senior management forums.
• Synthesize complex risk information into executive-level reporting for leadership and committees.
• Oversee risk appetite, KRI reporting, and metric quality; ensure standards align with policy.
