Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Compliance Governance and Reporting Lead to drive the ongoing enhancement of the Compliance Program’s governance, risk reporting, metric oversight, and management reporting routines. You will synthesize complex information into concise, executive‑level insights for senior leadership and oversee governance for key committees and risk oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years governance/controls experience in finance.
• Experience managing governance, risk reporting, or executive reporting in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communications; able to produce leadership-ready materials.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance governance routines (Sub-Committee, senior forums) and prepare decision-ready materials.
• Synthesize risk information into concise executive reporting for leadership and committees.
• Oversee risk appetite and KRI reporting across stakeholders; ensure data quality and standards.
• Manage the Compliance Program Master Schedule and enable automated reminders and approvals.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and remediation efforts with executive-ready materials.
• Drive continuous improvement via analytics tools (Tableau, Excel) and standardized processes.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, and First Line of Defense to resolve issues.
