Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Compliance Governance and Reporting Lead to drive the effectiveness of the Compliance Program’s governance, risk reporting, and leadership-ready analyses. The role partners with Compliance Leadership to translate complex information into actionable insights for senior leadership and oversees governance for key committees and risk indicators.

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in governance, risk, and controls within financial services or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing governance, risk reporting, or executive reporting in a regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce governance docs and leadership-ready reports.

Responsabilités

• Own and enhance Compliance governance routines and senior management forums.
• Synthesize complex risk information into executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Oversee risk appetite and KRI reporting across stakeholders; ensure quality and standards.
