Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment capabilities across underwriting and claims. You will collaborate with senior leaders, IT, and vendors to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions and optimize workflows.

You will mentor offshore resources, drive speed and agility, and strengthen Arch’s competitive advantage through intelligent automation and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / AI / automation / engineering.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices and innovation.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and deliver updates on projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, for scalable tech delivery.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes and optimization.
