Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment capabilities across underwriting and claims.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, IT, and external vendors to design and deploy advanced AI solutions that drive speed and efficiency. Reporting to the SVP of AI & Automation, you will mentor offshore resources and shape Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, aligning initiatives with business goals and delivering scalable technology

Qualifications

3+ years of ai engineering experience.
3+ years of data science experience.
8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
5+ years of Python development experience.
P&C insurance business process analysis, process improvement and automation experience.
College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze workflows with business units to identify automation opportunities.
Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices.
Maintain relationships with senior leaders and update on projects.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver solutions.
Define technology requirements to enhance business processes and optimization.
