Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims.

Reporting to the SVP of AI & Automation, you will work with senior leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will mentor offshore resources and help elevate Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, driving speed, agility and competitive advantage through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AI engineering experience.
• 3+ years data science experience.
• 8+ years work experience in data science / AI / automation / engineering.
• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Python development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation and business units to analyze workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices and innovation in AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and provide updates on projects and opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes and optimization efforts.
