Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims, reporting to the SVP of AI & Automation.

You will collaborate with senior business leaders, IT teams, and offshore resources to design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will drive workflow optimization, mentor offshore teams, and advance Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence to deliver speed, agility, and competitive advantage through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Comfortable communicating complex concepts clearly.
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• P&C insurance business process analysis, process improvement and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement solutions.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes.
