Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment initiatives across underwriting and claims functions.

You will report to the SVP of AI & Automation and work with senior leaders, IT, and external vendors to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will mentor offshore resources, drive optimization of workflows, and help scale Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years ai engineering experience.
• Requires 3+ years data science experience.
• 8+ years overall experience in data science/ai/automation/engineering.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment capabilities for digital operations.
• Mentor offshore resources and collaborate with stakeholders to advance Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders to design and deploy AI solutions.
• Drive initiatives to optimize workflows and align with business objectives.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes.
