Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment efforts across underwriting and claims. You will work with senior leaders, IT, and vendors to deploy advanced AI solutions and optimize digital operations.

You will mentor offshore resources, scale Gen AI initiatives, and drive speed, agility and competitive advantage through cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience
• 3+ years of data science experience
• 8+ years in data science/ai/automation/engineering
• Experience defining technology requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to analyze workflows and implement AI-enabled solutions
• Help establish Arch's Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices
• Mentor offshore resources and collaborate with stakeholders
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
