Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and IT teams to design AI solutions that accelerate growth and profitability. Mentoring offshore resources and shaping the Gen AI Center of Excellence will be key responsibilities, with a focus on speed, agility, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in ai engineering and 3+ years in data science.
• Total 8+ years in data science, AI, automation, or engineering.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to analyze workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and drive project updates.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, delivering scalable tech solutions.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes and optimization.
