Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment, enhancing underwriting and claims operations. You will drive AI-driven automation and collaborate with senior leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver advanced solutions.

You will mentor offshore resources and shape Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, fostering speed, agility, and competitive advantage through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.
• Experience defining technology requirements to enhance business processes.
• Flexibility to meet changing requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices and innovation.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders, update on projects, and identify new automation opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that improve business processes and optimization.
