Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. You will collaborate with senior leaders and IT teams to design and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions, driving speed, agility, and competitive advantage.

The role involves mentoring offshore resources and shaping Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, with a focus on delivering scalable automation and innovative analytics across business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience
• 3+ years of data science experience
• 8+ years in data science/ai/automation/engineering
• Experience defining technology requirements for business processes
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including offshore resources
• Comfort with ambiguous concepts and breaking down complex problems

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement AI-driven solutions
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and update on progress
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes and optimization
