Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment efforts across underwriting and claims. You will mentor offshore teams and collaborate with senior leaders to deploy advanced AI solutions that drive speed and competitive advantage.

You will help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, align projects with business goals, and accelerate digital operations with cutting-edge analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years in data science/AI/automation/engineering.
• Education: CS/Engineering/Data Analytics degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP to analyze workflows and implement AI automation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including offshore resources.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes.
• Mentor offshore resources and drive Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, IT teams and vendors.
