Adacel Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware and software for FAA training environments in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves hands-on maintenance, software upgrades, and training FAA personnel on TSS operations.

The ideal candidate has FAA or US military ATC experience (or AT-CTI degree), strong hardware/software skills, and willingness to travel over 50% for site support and mission-critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Four years of FAA or US military ATC experience, or an AT-CTI degree.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software similar to ATC simulation systems.
• Willingness to travel >50%.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Fault isolate/replace displays/monitors, and computer equipment/peripherals, e.g., hard drives, video cards, desktops/laptops, printers.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve software problems.
• Perform step-by-step procedures for software upgrades and patches.
• Update site data and back-up procedures as required.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Operate TSS for proficiency, recurrent, and qualification training.
• Brief FAA and Contractor management on simulator performance and utilization.
