Job summary

ADACEL TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. is hiring a Field Service Representative (FSR) in Memphis, TN. The FSR will troubleshoot TSS hardware and software, train FAA personnel, and manage simulator data.

Qualified candidates must have a degree in Air Traffic Control or equivalent experience in FAA or Military ATC. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Clearance for Public Trust is required, and potential travel is less than 20%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of FAA or U.S. Military operational ATC experience.
• Certification Requirements as required for Remote Pilot Operations.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Develop and maintain site simulator utilization reports.
• Act as a Pseudo Pilot when needed.

Education
