Job summary

ADACEL TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware and software at client sites. The role includes installing software, upgrading systems, and training FAA personnel on TSS usage and maintenance.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of ATC simulation systems and a minimum of four years FAA or US Military ATC experience or an AT-CTI degree. The position requires on-site work in St.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software similar to, or more complex than the ATC Simulation Systems (Tower and Radar).
• Minimum four (4) years of FAA or US Military operational ATC experience, or a degree in Air Traffic Control or Air Traffic Management from AT-CTI.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Fault isolate/replace displays/monitors, and computer equipment/peripherals, e.g., hard drives, video cards, desktops/laptops, printers, etc.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve software problems.
• Perform software upgrades and patches as required.
• Load operating systems and applications.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Operate TSS for proficiency, recurrent, and qualification training.
• Brief FAA and Contractor management on simulator performance and utilization.
