Job summary

Adacel Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) is hiring a Field Service Representative to support ATC simulator environments on-site. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, load operating systems, apply upgrades, and coordinate with the Adacel Support center to resolve issues.

Travel is expected at up to 20% to client sites. The role requires FAA or US Military ATC experience, or an AT-CTI degree, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• FAA or US Military ATC experience (4+ years) or AT-CTI degree.
• Self-motivated, proactive with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain ATC Simulator hardware and software.
• Load OS and applications, apply upgrades/patches, update site data.
• Train personnel and operate the simulator for training sessions.
• Prepare site reports and brief personnel/management on issues and utilization.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
