Job summary

ADACEL TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. is hiring a Field Service Representative to provide on-site training for aerospace and defense markets. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, training FAA personnel, and ensuring effective simulator operation and utilization.

Candidates must possess at least four years of FAA or military ATC experience or a relevant degree, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The position does not support teleworking and requires minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Air Traffic Control or equivalent experience required.
• Must have 4+ years of relevant FAA or military ATC experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Develop and maintain site simulator utilization reports.

Education

Degree in Air Traffic Control or Air Traffic Management from an AT-CTI
