Job summary

Adacel is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware and software components at the St. Louis site. The role involves FAA training, scenario development, and coordinating with FAA and contractors on simulator performance.

You will install software upgrades, load OS/applications, and update site data while prioritizing safety and accuracy. A Public Trust clearance is required or obtainable, with travel under 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years FAA or US Military ATC experience, or a degree in Air Traffic Control or Air Traffic Management from AT-CTI.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation.
• Develop and maintain site simulator utilization reports reflecting usage.
• Tower Simulation Scenario development and FAA coordination.
• Back up and manage scenario data and recordings.
