Job summary

Adacel Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a Field Service Representative in Charlotte, NC to troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware and software, support FAA personnel, and ensure simulator readiness.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, ability to load operating systems, and travel up to 20%. A related FAA/DoD ATC background or AT-CTI degree is preferred. Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hardware and operating system software similar to ATC simulation systems.
• FAA or US Military ATC experience, or AT-CTI degree.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain TSS hardware components.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve software problems; install upgrades and patches.
• Load operating systems and applications; update site data.
• Train FAA personnel on TSS maintenance and operation; simulate proficiency.
• Develop and maintain simulator utilization reports reflecting training activity.
• Act as a Pseudo Pilot and assist with tower simulation scenarios.
