Job summary

FlyExclusive, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Manager to coordinate fleet delivery plans, optimize maintenance, crewing, and flight control, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure, with a schedule including nights and weekends. You will partner with MX planning, crew scheduling, DO, and sales to maximize fleet readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, provide two forms of Federal ID.
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
• Preferred: Associate's degree and 1 to 3 years Aerospace/Aeronautics Experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure the right information reaches the appropriate personnel.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision processes to optimize operations.
• Anticipate and resolve issues to minimize disruption.
• Ensure accurate and timely trip sheets and scheduling of flights.
• Optimize trips and aircraft utilization.
• Coordinate crew and maintenance events to minimize downtime.
