Job summary

flyExclusive, a leading private aviation company, is seeking an Entry level Crew Scheduler in Raleigh, NC. You will support the operations scheduling team to ensure aircraft are crewed and travel is arranged efficiently. Weekend/on-call shifts and some holidays may be required.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, coordination with Flight Control, and collaboration across departments to optimize fleet utilization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is required; airline or aviation exposure preferred.
• Experience with the aviation industry, specifically FBOs and private aviation is a plus.
• Knowledge of airline scheduling software is required.
• Experience with sourcing and utilizing database software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations.
• Input and validate accurate data in Airtable for aircrew schedules, training events, PTO or other leave events.
• Coordinate with Flight Control to book aircrew daily travel timely and adjust as needed.
• Attend daily OCC meetings to provide crew scheduling information to other departments.
