Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC is seeking a Fleet Scheduler to optimize aircraft assignments across the fleet. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Control, and Crew Scheduling to ensure timely trips and efficient fleet utilization.

Responsibilities include monitoring aircraft availability, tracking maintenance events, and supporting recovery during irregular operations. A Part 135 background and experience with JetInsight/Avinode are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Part 135 charter aviation, preferably within flight operations, dispatch, fleet scheduling, or a related operational function.
• Working knowledge of aircraft movements, positioning, utilization, and operational constraints in a commercial aviation environment.
• Experience coordinating aircraft schedules, monitoring fleet activity, or supporting day-of operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Assign aircraft to scheduled trips and optimize routing.
• Monitor daily fleet activity and aircraft positioning; track maintenance events.
• Coordinate schedule changes with Operations, Crew Scheduling, and Maintenance Control; support recovery efforts.
