Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to provide comprehensive scheduling oversight for our internal and external customers, ensuring the best possible service experience. You will coordinate regulatory and operator training requirements between FlightSafety and clients.

Responsibilities include scheduling, client account management, verifying training objectives, and coordinating with regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three years of related experience.
• FAA/NAA regulations knowledge and aviation terminology.
• Experience with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients and send confirmations.
• Create and update client accounts and records.
• Coordinate training schedules with customers and assess requirements.
• Verify regulatory requirements and training objectives.
• Back-up TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform export compliance checks as needed.
• Collect and verify pre-training documents.
• Communicate training objectives with customers and instructors.
• Maintain client retention program.
• Coordinate resources for training events.
