You will lead cross-functional coordination with MX planning, crewing, DO, and sales to ensure on-time operations, accurate trip sheets, and rapid decision making during IROPs. The role requires a proactive communicator, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic aviation environment, including a 4 on 4 off night shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight scheduling based on demand, available aircraft, and crew.
• Collaborate with MX planning to optimize inspections and downtimes.
• Maintain accurate trip sheets and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
• Support sales with urgent trips and VIP requirements.
