Job summary

flyExclusive seeks a Dispatch Lead to guide the Dispatch Day-of and Planning teams, ensuring trips comply with manuals, specs and FAA regulations. You will coordinate with Fleet Management, Sales, Maintenance Control, Client Services, and Crew Travel to resolve issues and ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities include trip review and release, accuracy of service notes, crew assignments, regulatory status, fuel needs, and weight/balance, plus ongoing safety reviews and process improvements.

Qualifications

• FAA Dispatch License and strong knowledge of FAA rules.
• Experience in aviation dispatch, flight coordination or ops control.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Dispatch Day-of and Planning.
• Review trips for legality, feasibility, and regulatory compliance before release.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Sales, Maintenance Control, Client Services, Crew Travel and others.
• Ensure safety reviews, crew legality, and proper weight/balance before release.
• Maintain tactical ops board and monitor schedule disruptions.
