Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to serve as Owner’s Representative for landside and facility-related projects in the Nashville area.

The role focuses on planning, design, procurement and project delivery rather than construction supervision. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as required or higher in a related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative on landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope, planning/concept documents, and construction documents.
• Manage procurement documents and contract development.
• Lead design and construction coordination across disciplines.
• Oversee reviews of submittals, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure standards and codes compliance.
• Report on project progress and maintain project database.
