Qualifications

• Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative.

Responsibilities

• Defines scope of project, planning/concept documents, engineering and construction documents.
• Develops procurement documents as required by project.
• Manages contract development and procurement selection processes.
• Negotiates contracts and change orders as needed.
• Leads design and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees reviews of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil submittals.
