Responsibilities

• Develops scope, planning/concept documents and engineering/construction documents.
• Manages procurement documents and contracts.
• Coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversees design and construction review and submittals.
• Reports and maintains project reporting throughout tenant project and closeout.
