Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong Owner’s Representative background to lead planning, design, procurement and delivery of landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, with a Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management, and excellent client and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative.
• Experience on landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, planning/concept documents, and construction documents.
• Prepare procurement documents as needed for the project.
• Manage contract development and procurement selections.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders as required.
• Lead AE/Engineering and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversee reviews for architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil submittals.
• Perform constructability reviews at design milestones.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure code and standard compliance.
• Administer meetings, review submittals and shop drawings.
• Maintain project reporting and closeout databases.
• Review schedules for completeness and progress.
• Coordinate with owners, officials, contractors, and design team to meet deadlines.
• Identify and address environmental hazards per OSHA regulations.
