Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative.
• Experience managing landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope of project, planning/concept documents, engineering documents, and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents as project dictates.
• Participates in procurement selection process.
• Negotiates contracts and change orders as necessary.
• Leads architectural/engineering and construction for plan development and delivery.
• Oversees reviews for all submittals and ensures compliance with standards.
