Accura Engineering in Nashville, TN, seeks a Project Manager-Aviation/Airport to lead complex landside and facility projects. The role emphasizes planning, design, procurement and delivery, rather than field supervision, with collaboration across clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and strong communication skills to manage multi‑discipline teams and meet project milestones in a dynamic aviation

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative on airport or airfield projects.
• Knowledge of airport operations and aviation facilities construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, consultants and contractors.

Mansioni

• Develops project scope, planning and technical documents.
• Prepare procurement documents and participate in procurement processes.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed.
• Lead design and construction coordination for plans and submittals.
• Oversee multidisciplinary reviews and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintain project reporting and schedules; attend meetings and resolve issues.
