Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years as an Owner’s Representative to lead landside or facility projects in a full-time on-site role in Nashville.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, plus strong communication and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Airport/airfield project experience preferred.
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, consultants, contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope, planning/concept documents, engineering and construction documents.
• Prepares procurement documents as needed.
• Manages contract development and procurement selections.
• Negotiates contracts and change orders; leads design/construction coordination.
• Oversees reviews across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure standards, codes, and guidelines.
• Administers meetings, reviews submittals and shop drawings.
• Maintains project reporting and closeout documentation.
• Interface with owners, officials, departments, and design teams to meet deadlines.
