Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as Owner’s Representative for landside and facility projects.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field is required, with 5–10 years of PM experience and strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role emphasizes planning, design, procurement, and delivery, rather than construction supervision, with an emphasis on

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably as Owner’s Representative.
• Experience in landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield) and aviation facilities knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning/concept docs and construction documents.
• Prepares procurement documents and participates in supplier selection.
• Manages contract development and changes; negotiates contracts and change orders.
• Leads design and construction for development of plans and construction.
• Oversees reviews for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and guidelines.
• Administers meetings, reviews submittals and shop drawings; tracks project reporting and closeout.
• Assists in project scheduling and progress reviews.
