Zusammenfassung

STV seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead controls across major aviation program initiatives, from planning to closeout. You will direct cost, scheduling, risk and performance reporting, serving as a trusted advisor to project teams and clients.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in aviation programs, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage teams, develop governance frameworks, and drive program success. This is a senior, client-facing role across multiple U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience supporting large capital programs.
• 8+ years of experience managing project controls teams on aviation, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting aviation projects including airport terminal expansions, airfield/runway improvements, baggage handling, landside facilities, and modernization programs.
• Expertise in cost engineering, CPM scheduling, risk/change management, forecasting, EVM, and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead project controls functions across large-scale aviation programs from planning through closeout.
• Develop integrated project controls strategies for cost, schedule, risk, forecasting, and performance.
• Provide governance, reporting, and client-facing project controls leadership.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reports.
• Maintain integrated master schedules and KPI dashboards; monitor schedule risks and recovery plans.
• Collaborate on proposals, staffing, and business development within aviation markets.
