Job summary

STV Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function for large aviation programs across multiple client sites in the United States. You will oversee cost, scheduling, risk, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with project teams and executives to drive delivery excellence.

The role requires deep experience in CPM scheduling (Primavera P6), earned value management, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience on large capital programs.
• 8+ years leading project controls teams on aviation or major infra projects.
• Expert in cost engineering, CPM scheduling, and EVM.
• Strong leadership, client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across large aviation programs from planning to closeout.
• Develop governance frameworks and best practices for project controls.
• Serve as primary advisor to project managers, executives, and clients.
• Oversee cost management, scheduling, risk, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor staff and contribute to business development in aviation.
