The role emphasizes planning, design, procurement, and delivery over on-site construction supervision, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as Owner's Representative on landside or facility projects (non-airfield).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, planning documents, and construction documents.
• Prepare procurement documents and participate in procurement.
• Manage contract development and change orders.
• Lead design and construction coordination for plans and construction.
• Oversee reviews of submittals (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Coordinate with departments to ensure codes and standards compliance.
• Administer meetings, reviews submittals, and track project reporting.
• Monitor construction schedule and progress; resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Identify environmental hazards and address OSHA-related concerns.
