Swissport International AG in Morrisville, NC, seeks a Passenger Service Supervisor to lead, motivate and engage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Swissport procedures, policies and brand values.

You will oversee safety, budget adherence, training, performance feedback, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliant, efficient service at the airport while identifying opportunities to improve service and revenue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to problem solving and decision making.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent communication in country language.
• Computer literate (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of regulatory procedures at airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station.
• Lead by example to deliver great customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Monitor and control overtime payments to optimize resources.
• Identify training needs and train/coach the team.
• Manage performance and provide open feedback to staff.
• Resolve customer service challenges and negotiate with new customers.
• Ensure budget adherence and compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Maintain safety and security processes to meet regulatory standards.
• Contribute to change and identify new business opportunities.
