Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Leadership and people management abilities are essential.
• Strong problem solving and decision making experience.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in the country language.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver great customer experiences.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental activities at the station.
• Monitor overtime and optimize resource use.
• Identify training needs and coach team members.
• Maintain open feedback culture and manage performance.
• Resolve customer service challenges and negotiate with customers.
• Strictly implement budget and regulatory SOPs.
• Ensure safety and security processes are followed at all times.
• Contribute to operational changes and identify new business opportunities.
• Perform any other duties as required.
