Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver consistently great customer experiences.
• Monitor overtime and optimize resource use.
• Identify training needs and coach team members.

• Resolve customer service issues and support new business negotiations.
• Manage and enforce Passenger Service budget and SOP compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory processes are followed.
• Assist in operational change and identify new business opportunities.
