Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service for fractional, jet card, owner and charter clients.
• Coordinate with Operations Command Center and Experience Concierge for daily flights.
• Monitor flights and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain professional communication and deescalation in high-pressure situations.
• Assist with setup of next-day flights and overall client experience.
