Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of private aviation experience.
• 3+ years of luxury client services, VIP account management, or similar role.
• Profound understanding of private aviation operations and industry regulations.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with office software and CRM systems.
• Poise and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and commitment to luxury service.
• A genuine passion for aviation and client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in company events.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to offer bespoke services.
• Plan and oversee client trips, arranging catering, ground services, and flight coordination.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries across channels with timely updates.
• Handle billing inquiries and maintain precise client account records.
• Identify and resolve challenges in a client journey to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute luxury experiences.
• Solicit and respond to client feedback to continuously enhance services.
