Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent prioritization and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate timely, accurate flight assignments to crewmembers.
• Arrange travel, rental cars, hotels, and other trip logistics.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and air traffic status to mitigate disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/International regulations and the Company Operations Specifications.
• Disseminate flight information to client services, scheduling, and related departments.
