Job summary

Exclusive Jets seeks an Experienced Tactical Services Specialist to manage day-to-day flight service execution and pre-flight setup. Based in Raleigh, NC, you will coordinate with Operations Command Center, Scheduling, and Concierge teams to ensure seamless charter and client flights.

You will escalate and resolve operational issues, maintain impeccable communication, and adapt to changing schedules while providing exceptional customer service to jet owners and charter clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Proven customer service abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; able to deescalate situations respectfully.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service for fractional, jet card, owner, consumer, and charter clients in daily flight schedule.
• Use knowledge of operational impacts and company products to propose optimal trip solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations Command Center, Duty Manager, Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, Dispatch, and Experience Concierge to ensure flights run smoothly.
• Proactively monitor flights for weather, traffic, or ATC delays and communicate updates promptly.
• Maintain professional communication in calls and written formats with diverse client types.
• Manage time and tasks efficiently while aligning with business needs and client correspondence.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends; seek continuous improvement.
