flyExclusive in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to deliver white-glove service to our private aviation clients. You will be the primary contact, curate exclusive itineraries, and ensure flawless execution from initial inquiry to final trip details.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation, or equivalent work experience.
1+ year of private aviation experience.
3+ years in luxury client services or VIP account management.
Deep understanding of private aviation operations and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with refined interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Plan and coordinate client trips, including aircraft, catering, and ground services.
Communicate proactively with clients across channels.
Manage billing inquiries and maintain client records with confidentiality.
Identify and resolve issues to maintain top-tier service.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless experiences.
Solicit client feedback to continually improve services.
