Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aviation Management (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ years of private aviation experience.
• 3+ years in luxury client services or VIP account management.
• Proven understanding of private aviation operations and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Luxury Client Relationship Management: cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Exquisite Trip Coordination: plan and oversee all aspects of client trips, including catering, ground services, and flight coordination.
• Client Communication: respond promptly to inquiries and provide updates.
• Billing and Account Management: handle billing inquiries and maintain client records.
• Problem Resolution: identify and resolve issues affecting the client journey.
• Collaboration with Elegance: coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure flawless experiences.
