flyExclusive in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to provide impeccable white-glove service to our high-net-worth clients. You will be the primary contact, curate exclusive itineraries, arrange catering and ground services, and coordinate flight details with precision.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a passion for luxury travel. On-site Monday–Friday, some travel may be required. Bachelor's degree and private aviation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, or related field.
• 1+ years of private aviation experience.
• 3+ years in luxury client services or VIP account management.

Responsibilities

• Luxurious client relationship management for high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client trips.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries across channels.
• Handle billing inquiries with discretion.
• Proactively resolve issues for the client's journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless experiences.
