Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Field Support Representative (Props) to provide technical advice and service to customers and Authorized Service Facilities across designated regions. The role centers on being the primary contact for Textron Aviation customers, advocating on their behalf and addressing aircraft-related issues.

Candidates must reside in or relocate to a listed set of states, with daily field duties, documentation, and collaboration across maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or in lieu of degree one of: 3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + A&P license
• 3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + 2 year technical degree required
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance-related experience in customer support or repair

Responsibilities

• Identify field issues and document maintainability/reliability concerns for product improvement
• Prepare documentation informing management of fleet issues and potential financial impact
• Convey knowledge of Textron Aviation products; pursue maintenance training regularly
• Respond to owner/operator inquiries via phone, email, and letters; coordinate with Product Support on information
• Travel to meet customers, work with Authorized Service Facilities, and train staff as needed
• Address warranty questions and service programs; manage CAMP/CESCOM inquiries
• Build relationships with customers and regional teams; participate in trade shows and events
• Support aircraft sales and Textron service center with technical guidance on requests
